A 6 bedroom / 5.5 bathroom pool home with a spa situated on the resort of Terra Verde in the heart of Kissimmee.

This particular home is beautifully furnished with very high quality furniture. The living and dining room are just off the main entrance to the villa and are decorated to a high standard in hues of blue and beige. The elegant dining table is suitable for seating of up to 6 for a more formal dining experience, if desired. The living room features a very comfortable sofa and chair with ottoman for times when you need a quiet escape.

The spacious gourmet kitchen features all the comforts of home. Amenities include refrigerator with ice maker, oven, stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, kitchen island to seat 10, coffee maker, teapot, blender, Calphalon pots and pans, and everything needed to cook and serve up to 16 people comfortably.

The family room is attached to the kitchen creating a wonderful Great room so everyone staying in the villa can socialize together. The family room features a big screen TV with cable and DVD. A comfortable sofa and love seat feature 2 recliners for your viewing comfort. This sofa is a sleep sofa for occasions when larger parties are staying in the house.

The spacious first floor master bedroom includes a private bathroom and walk-in closet. The bedroom features a King size sleigh bed, nightstands and dresser. The room is beautifully decorated in hues of maroon with matching bedding and window treatments. 27″ Cable TV and DVD player are provided for your private viewing enjoyment. The room includes a ceiling fan for the comfort of our guests. The adjoining master bathroom is spacious and includes a walk-in shower and separate garden bath. Linens and hair dryer are provided for your convenience.

The second floor master bedroom features a King size bed, nightstand and dresser and walk-in closet. This room is decorated in shades of ivory with matching bedding and window treatments. 27″ Cable TV is provided and a ceiling fan has been added for the comfort of our guests. There is a private bathroom with bath/shower combination. Hair dryer and linens are provided.

No Florida villa is complete without a room decorated in tropical themes. This room features a king size bed with nightstand and dresser. The decorations feature bedding and window treatments in a palm-tree tropical theme. Cable TV is also included as in all bedrooms. A private attached bathroom provides for the privacy of the guests in this room. Hair dryer and linens are provided.

The fourth master bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, dresser and nightstand and is decorated in shades of grey. Matching bedding and window treatments bring the room together. Cable TV and ceiling fan are included for your comfort and convenience. The matching bathroom features a bath/shower combination. Matching linens and hair dryer are provided.

Bedroom 5 has been decorated in an underwater theme, this Finding Nemo room is delightful to any child. Two twin beds and a nightstand furnish the room, and a closet with organizer is provided. Cable TV is included as well. A buddy bath is shared with our last bedroom. Linens and hair dryer are included.

Bedroom 6 is also decorated with the children in mind. It features a very unusual twin over full bunk bed with actual stairs leading to the upper bunk - a feature that was felt safer for the kids. Kids will be delighted to sleep in the Mickey Mouse bedroom while they are in Disney World. This bedroom shares a bath with the Nemo bedroom. Cable TV is included.

A large open area upstairs was begging for something, so it has been made a children’s play area here. Big comfortable AK Rockers are available so your children can play video games or watch TV.

The garage of the villa has been converted to a terrific Games Room for the entertainment of adults and children alike. There is a pool table, air hockey table, darts and pub table! This game room is top notch! (It is also air-conditioned so you can play in the cool!!)

Off the kitchen and family room of the villa there is a private, screened pool and spa. Heating is available for an additional charge. The home is south-facing and the pool extends the length of the house on an extended deck. The pool overlooks a pond where wildlife can sometimes be spotted. The pool is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Florida sun!

Terra Verde has a guarded security gate house entrance which when entered has beautifully landscaped gardens and has a clubhouse immediately in front of you. The clubhouse has a reception area shop which sells newspapers and sundries and is a great place for guests to find out information about the local area. There is also a games room and video arcade room within the clubhouse and the IT center allows you to catch up on emails whilst on vacation. Outside the clubhouse is a community lagoon pool, beach area, fishing pier and a tot-lot for the younger children. For the sportier types there is a fully equipped fitness center, a sandy volleyball court and a basketball court. The resort is close to all the major theme parks, attractions, numerous golf courses and restaurants, so is ideally situated for a fantastic hassle free vacation.
