A 4 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom pool home situated on the sub-division of Cumbrian Lakes in the heart of Kissimmee.
This particular home has an abundance of space and is practical for all your holiday needs. There is a comfortable living area when you go through the front door which will allow you to relax and have some quiet time. This is open planned with the formal dining area which has a large dining table allowing formal meals to be eaten if desired. The kitchen is fully equipped to enable you to prepare meals if you so desire and this overlooks another eating area for the less formal meal. The family room has a TV and video recorder and overlooks the pool.
All of the bedrooms are situated on one side of the house. There is a corridor that leads from the kitchen area which has a laundry room (that leads to the garage) and all the bedrooms and bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, the next two bedrooms are twin rooms and share a bathroom. One of the twin rooms is fantastically decorated with baseball memorabilia. The final bedroom is the master which has a king-sized bedroom and an en-suite with a separate bath and shower.
Outside there is an over-sized pool deck which has a pool and plenty of furniture allowing you to catch some sun whilst taking in some wildlife with the view out to the lake. There is also an outside toilet which is great when you’re using the pool.
Cumbrian Lakes is a very popular sub-division with people coming to Kissimmee on vacation. It has a gated entrance and has a good mixture of fine looking houses, of which this house is one. The sidewalks are block-paved and there is a nature walk around the lake that this property overlooks. There is also children’s playground for use by guests. The sub-division is approximately 5 miles south of Highway 192 so is conveniently located for all restaurants, shops and entertainment so you know you will be able to enjoy a fantastic vacation.
