This four bedroom, three bathroom home has a very light and airy feel to it with it’s high ceilings, skylights in the roof and tiled floor. To the right of the living area is the kitchen that is fully stocked with crockery, cutlery and glassware and everything you could need should you decide to eat at the home. At the back of the home is a breakfast area with a table and 6 chairs and a door to the pool deck.

The bedrooms are all off of the central area. The master bedroom is to the left from the living area and is furnished with a king sized bed, a large dresser and mirror and there is a TV for your entertainment. There is a large walk in closet and ceiling fan in the room also. A bathroom is attached which has double sinks, a large bath, walk in shower and separate wc. The bathroom also has a door to the pool deck.

Located to the right of the home is the second bedroom. This has a queen sized bed and has a bathroom next door with sink, bath, overhead shower and wc. To the left of the hallway as you walk in are two further bedrooms and the third bathroom. Each of these bedrooms have two twin beds in them and have been decorated to a very high standard. The bathroom is in between them and has a sink, bath, overhead shower and wc.

The home also has a laundry room which has a washer and dryer and also a double garage.

Outside the south west facing pool has the sun most of the day so will enable you to swim in the sunlight virtually all day long. The deck has a lanai with a glass top table, chairs and loungers that can be used to enjoy the Florida weather in between your swimming.

The sub division has a tennis court, basketball court, children’s play area and a soccer pitch for use by all guests. Being situated on the newly developed Highway 27 it is conveniently located to access all the parks and other entertainment venues and is close to a number of shops and restaurants.
