This four bedroom, three bathroom home is beautifully decorated with an exceptionally high standard of furnishings throughout. Back in the main part of the house the fully equipped kitchen is in the centre of the home and is open plan to the family room and breakfast area so is the perfect place to socialise whilst preparing a meal. The kitchen has a large fridge and freezer, microwave, stove, blender, coffee maker, juicer, pots and pans, full sets of cutlery and crockery so you will not be short of anything. There is an island in the middle so that provides you with additional work space should you need it. The breakfast area has a glass table with seating for 6 and overlooks the pool area with four windows on a rounded wall.

The family room has a recliner sofa and a rocker sofa so it is the perfect place to kick back, watch a movie or just to doze off after a hard day. There is a 46″ HDTV flat screenn TV, extended cable channels, DVD player with DVDs to watch, an abundance of books for your use, and also games to play. This room also has a ceiling fan to help keep you cool in the warm summer days and there are a third set of patio doors allowing the light to flood in and you to get out to the pool area.

The far end of the home has the second bedroom. This has a queen sized bed, LCD flat screen TV, large closet and ceiling fan. Opposite this room is the second bathroom which has a sink, toilet and walk in shower. There is also a door to the pool deck so this bathroom can be used from outside.

Between the kitchen and family room to the left of the house is the third bathroom and fourth bedrooms. Both these bedrooms have twin beds, LCD flat screen TVs, ceiling fans and large closets.

Leading from the kitchen is a laundry room which has a washer and dryer.

The house is equipped with wireless internet and there is a radio system wired throughout the home so it can be listened to all over the house, even outside on the deck.

Outside the pool and spa has the sun most of the day so will enable you to swim in the sunlight virtually all day long. The oversized deck has a large lanai with table and six chairs and lounger chairs and footstools. On the deck there is a bar with sink and extra refrigerator so you can stock this with your favourite drinks and not have far to go to get a refresher whilst out enjoying the sun. The deck also has a BBQ grill for you to use if you want to grab some steaks and not go out too far.

The deck overlooks the 7th fairway of Ridgewood Lakes golf course and makes a very pleasant and peaceful back drop. The fully matured oaktrees are a haven for wildlife and the golfers pass by with minimal fuss.

Ridgewood Lakes itself has a guarded security gate so brings additional safety to the home, it is set within acres of woodlands and lakes that have walking trails and paved main roads so you can enjoy the wide open space and see some of the wildlife. You can see the alligators, wild otters, turtles, tortoises and lots more wildlife when you play the course or walk the trails. Apart from the 18 hole championship golf course there is also a practice ground, pro shop and clubhouse that serves meals for your enjoyment. You can also play tennis on the numerous tennis courts that are just at the end of the road that the home is located on.

The sub-division is located just 2 miles south of the I4 on the US27 so it gives you perfect access to the theme parks, the main shopping facilities and all the other Disney area attractions. There is a Publix just round the corner for your grocery shopping and a little further up the US27 just before the I4 is Posner Park that has many shops such as Target, Best Buy, JC Penney, Ross, Dicks Sporting Goods and Books a Million.
