This two storey four bedroom, three bathroom home provides a huge amount of space and will allow your family to enjoy a vacation together without being on top of each other. The home also has a great pool that is not overlooked from the back allowing you to swim or sunbathe without noise or neighbors.

Upon entering the home there is a hallway that opens out to the main area of the home. In front of you is the living area that has comfortable seating in the form of a sofa and love seat. There is a TV, DVD and stereo offering you entertainment whilst you kick back and relax. To the right of the sitting area is the dining area that has a table for 6 and also two bar chairs at the counter top. Both of these areas look out onto the pool and also have patio door access to the pool deck. The dining area looks onto the kitchen and this is fully stocked for everything you need should you want to eat at home during your stay. Off the kitchen is a laundry room with washer and dryer. Access to the garage is also gained from the kitchen.
Off of the hallway as you enter the home is a bedroom with twin beds and a full bathroom with toilet, sink and bath with overhead shower.

Upstairs there are three further bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, large closet and an en-suite bathroom that encompasses toilet, double sinks, walk in shower and bath. The second bedroom has a full bed, TV and large closet. The second bathroom has toilet, sink and bath with overhead shower and the third bedroom has twin beds, TV and large closet.

Outside the pool will allow your family to relax without being overlooked as the home backs on to an open field. There is seating around the pool and a table so you can enjoy the weather whilst having a meal.

The home has wireless internet throughout so you can stay communicated with the world. The cable TV package is also extended giving you over 100 channels and the home has a selection of DVDs and books for you to use.

The sub-division is called Bridgewater Crossing which is surrounded by 165 acres of wetland, ponds, a protected nature reserve and a beautiful 45 acre deep water lake named Lake Madison which is just a short walk away.

Amenities in Bridgewater Crossing include a lakeside swimming pool with changing facilities, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts and a children’s play area, the home owners association on the estate keep the area in fantastic condition it’s clean and very well looked after so much so it has won awards.

After a long flight it will only take about a 30 minute drive from Orlando International Airport and less than 1 hour from Sanford before you are at the home.
