The three bedrooms are all upstairs with the master having an en-suite bathroom, they all have beautiful linens, the other two are one with a full bed, again with new beautiful linens and the other with twin beds. The block-paved yard is walled both sides with a gate at the back giving guests a view of the conservation. The home is on the same road as the clubhouse so is just a short walk away from the community clubhouse and other community features.

The home has the benefit of offering FREE long distance land line calls throughout USA, Canada and many European countries too. There is also wireless internet access for you to keep in touch with all your friends and family and tell them how much fun you are having.

Terra Verde has a guarded security gate house entrance which when entered has beautifully landscaped gardens and has a clubhouse immediately in front of you. The clubhouse has a reception area shop which sells newspapers and sundries and is a great place for guests to find out information about the local area. There is also a games room and video arcade room within the clubhouse and the IT center allows you to catch up on emails whilst on vacation. Outside the clubhouse is a community lagoon pool, beach area, fishing pier and a tot-lot for the younger children. For the sportier types there is a fully equipped fitness center, a sandy volleyball court and a basketball court. The resort is close to all the major theme parks, attractions, numerous golf courses and restaurants, so is ideally situated for a fantastic hassle free vacation.
