A 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom town home with a hot tub situated on the resort of Terra Verde in the heart of Kissimmee.

This home is clean cut and ideal for smaller families wanting a base for their vacation. The home is neutrally decorated with tile throughout the ground floor, helping to keep the feel to the house nice and cool. The three bedrooms are all upstairs with the master having an en-suite bathroom. The block-paved yard is walled both sides with a gate at the back with nothing overlooking you so is really private. In the yard is a hot tub for you to relax in when wanting to wind down after a long day.

The home has many extras to keep your family entertained with an abundance of books, games and DVDs all for your use throughout your stay. You certainly will be able to relax here.

Terre Verde has a guarded security gate house entrance which when entered has beautifully landscaped gardens and has a clubhouse immediately in front of you. The clubhouse has a reception area shop which sells newspapers and sundries and is a great place for guests to find out information about the local area. There is also a games room and video arcade room within the clubhouse and the IT center allows you to catch up on emails whilst on vacation. Outside the clubhouse is a community lagoon pool, beach area, fishing pier and a tot-lot for the younger children. For the sportier types there is a fully equipped fitness center, a sandy volleyball court and a basketball court. The resort is close to all the major theme parks, attractions, numerous golf courses and restaurants, so is ideally situated for a fantastic hassle free vacation.
