A 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom town home with a hot tub situated on the resort of Terra Verde in the heart of Kissimmee.

This is a perfect home from home for your vacation if you have 8 people or less. The kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the dining area which is open plan to the comfortable living area where you can relax by watching the TV or a DVD. There is also a laundry room and toilet downstairs. The three bedrooms are all upstairs with the master having an en-suite bathroom. The other two are a double and a twin and share the second bathroom. The house is neutrally decorated with the main part of the house laid to carpet giving a homely feel. The block-paved yard is walled both sides with a gate at the back facing a fence so is really private if you want to sunbathe or have a barbeque. In the yard is a hot tub for you to relax in when wanting to wind down after a long day.

Terre Verde has a guarded security gate house entrance which when entered has beautifully landscaped gardens and has a clubhouse immediately in front of you. The clubhouse has a reception area shop which sells newspapers and sundries and is a great place for guests to find out information about the local area. There is also a games room and video arcade room within the clubhouse and the IT center allows you to catch up on emails whilst on vacation. Outside the clubhouse is a community lagoon pool, beach area, fishing pier and a tot-lot for the younger children. For the sportier types there is a fully equipped fitness center, a sandy volleyball court and a basketball court. The resort is close to all the major theme parks, attractions, numerous golf courses and restaurants, so is ideally situated for a fantastic hassle free vacation.
