Florida Sunshine Holiday Homes is a management company with a difference. We are in business to do a professional job and make sure that the home owners whose properties we look after are completely happy with the services we provide and that the guests that stay in the properties are looked after in such a way that will ensure their vacation is a memorable one, for the right reasons.

To achieve this we believe that communication is the key. We communicate with our home owners through email and/or the telephone whenever there is something to report with the house, no matter how big or small. We know the house belongs to the home owner and therefore they should always be kept up to date with what is happening within the house. If money needs spending on improving or maintaining the house they will make the decision - it is their money and their house.

In the same way communication with guests is equally important, from the booking process with Florida Sunshine Holiday Homes to arrival there will be communication with the guest at every step of the way. We are always here for the guest from initial enquiry to day of departure (and hopefully again the next time they stay). During the stay we will not be the ones initiating the communication, it is their vacation after all, but they know we are only a phone call away.
